Aeon's developments serve our community in many ways. Ripley Gardens helped stabilize the neighborhood with thoughtful redevelopment and historic renovation. The site's sustainable features are important to reduce our carbon footprint. ~ Dale Forsberg, President, Watson-Forsberg Co. |
Aeon's high-quality developments strengthen lives and communities.
South Quarter: Transforming an urban core
Through a partnership between Aeon and Hope Community, the intersection of Franklin and Portland Avenues will be completely transformed to feature more than 250 high-quality, mixed income apartments and townhomes, along with new retail businesses and community space.
The Landing: Meeting the need for affordable senior housing
Aeon will help meet the growing demand for senior housing by constructing a high quality, sustainable development in Chaska. The Landing will create approximately 54 affordable one-bedroom apartment homes for seniors, offering Chaska residents the opportunity to age within the community.
Refinancing Aeon's Portfolio:Sustaining community assets
Aeon will refinance several properties in its portfolio in order to complete a moderate to substantial rehabilitation at each site. Aeon is committed to ensuring that its developments remain affordable and offer quality places to live. Preservation of existing properties, which are an integral part of the neighborhoods in which they are located, is more cost effective than constructing new buildings.
